This Kangaroo article has become a customer favorite due to its soft feel from the elastic properties along with the natural grain character. While it is a resilient full-grain leather, it feels more like suede from the first wear.
Our penny loafer was created with two things in mind: versatility and comfort. It's the ultimate shoe for travel, given the ability to be paired with a sport coat or t-shirt and almost anything in between. We find ourselves wearing this shoe year-round—sockless with shorts/lightweight fabrics in the summer and with wool socks and denim through the winter.

- I am nearly a full size different in my left foot from my right. I want to buy a loafer and a boot. My largest foot is 9.5 which fits in tennis shoe. Thinking I could fit into a 9 D as everyone says you run long. Is that your suggestion? Will suede last as long as long as chromexcel, and stay looking nice? What is the return policy should they not fit? Any other tips?

- I wear a 10E Barrie last with Alden. I was wondering if I should order a 9.5E to help prevent heel slip?
- Good morning Dan, A majority of our customers who wear the Alden Barrie Last will wear the same size in our loafers as well. If the Barrie Last fits slightly loose then I would go down 1/2 size. An inch or less of heel slip at first is normal and will disappear as the leather softens and forms to your heel.
