Look even better in person
"I liked them online but loved them in person. From the packaging to the sole, pure quality. Cant wait to break them in and show them off."
Made with
Renowned for its durability and ability to be resoled repeatedly, Goodyear-welt construction involves stitching a welt—a strip of leather—around the shoe's perimeter, creating a cavity. After filling the cavity with the shank and cork, the sole is attached, providing strength and water resistance. This construction method results in shoes that are not only long-lasting but also easily repairable, making them a timeless investment in quality craftsmanship.
Derived from our experience fitting and developing various orthopedic-shaped lasts designed for specific foot shapes, the Leo features a moderate arch, heel control, medial support, and forefront freedom. It embodies a traditional welted shoe shape while prioritizing all-day support and comfort.
Our mission
Our priority has been putting customers in shoes that properly fit them and standing by our amazing products. Many customers have found they have been wearing an incorrect size for years. This has been lost in the market today. We offer the majority of our footwear in D, E, and EEE widths to provide well-fitting footwear.
We encourage customers to ask our team for assistance to ensure the best fit.

"Very nice boot and will fit into my casual rotation nicely. It will take a few wears to break in, but that is to be expected. The ease of the purchase and what seems to be great customer service (I don't anticipate any issues). Quick shipping. I suspect this will not be my last purchase."
"A wonderful boot. Especially once you get the size that fits best."
"Really comfortable boots after a small break-in period. Well made. Will definitely pick up another pair in a different color."
"Absolutely amazed with these boots. The suede is very high quality. Look amazing. They felt really good to just put on walk the very first day. The packaging is top notch."
"Just received my first pair of Grant Stone boots-Diesel in bourbon suede. The quality and appearance of the boots is fantastic. I was concerned that the product was being over hyped on line, and while the brand has a very strong on line presence on the internet, the multiple claims concerning the price quality ratio is well deserved. I say this as an owner of Alden Norwegian Split Toes in Cigar Cordovan, LHSs and PTBs in color 8 cordovan, Alden 403s, I also own a pair of Higgins Mill boots in natural cordovan. While I have been willing to spend money for quality and a BIFL product, I am not interested in paying more than necessary. The Grant Stones are over $300 less than Alden’s very similar plain toe boot and $100 less than a pair of Higgins Mill boots at full price. By my lights, the Diesal looks as good as either of the other similar offerings from Alden and Allen Edmunds but are of higher quality in the construction. The fact that both Alden and AE use leather board in both the mid-soles and heal while Grant Stone uses veg-tan leather is both illustrative and troubling, especially with the Alden’s at over $300 more than the GS. Don’t get me wrong, I love my Alden Boots and Shoes but after experiencing Grant Stone’s product, I can only justify purchasing similar styles from Alden and AE going forward future if they are deeply discounted (which in my experience is never virtually never with Alden). My one compliant is the lack of choice of sole. The boots I wanted, like many GS boots seem only to be available in the micro-stud rubber (similar to Danite). This is my least desired sole. I much prefer a bit softer feel with at least decent traction in the wet and am more than willing to sacrifice hard wearing for comfort. I see GS is starting to use Dr. Sole on some of their boots and hope they continue to expand these offerings."
"This is my 5th pair of Grant Stone footwear, and just like the others, they are outstanding. Construction is top notch, and the suede is comfortable out of the box and requires almost no break-in, which has been very nice. Definitely sheds moisture better than most suede I'm used to, and scuffs tend to brush out easily. I like the sole, it's solid and not uncomfortable, but if they came with the wedge sole, they'd be even better. I'm between 10. 5 and 11 on a Brannock, bought 10. 5E and while they are a little wider than my other Leo last shoes/boots from GS in the forefoot, they are super comfortable and have plenty of room for thick socks which I love. Wouldn't hesitate to buy these again"
"Crazy soft but durable leather that required no break in for the uppers at all. The colour goes with so many different outfits too!"
"Fantastic boots. Everything I hoped and expected"
"Quality all around!"
