Renowned for its durability and ability to be resoled repeatedly, Goodyear-welt construction involves stitching a welt—a strip of leather—around the shoe's perimeter, creating a cavity. After filling the cavity with the shank and cork, the sole is attached, providing strength and water resistance. This construction method results in shoes that are not only long-lasting but also easily repairable, making them a timeless investment in quality craftsmanship.

The Floyd Last is a modified version of the Leo and shares many of the same features: a moderate arch, heel control, medial support, and forefront freedom. In contrast to its progeniture, the Floyd last features a taller, more voluminous toe box, providing a classic Americana workwear look.
Our mission
Our priority has been putting customers in shoes that properly fit them and standing by our amazing products. Many customers have found they have been wearing an incorrect size for years. This has been lost in the market today. We offer the majority of our footwear in D, E, and EEE widths to provide well-fitting footwear.
We encourage customers to ask our team for assistance to ensure the best fit.

"Good quality, nice as always"
"Beautiful, extremely comfortable"
"Fit was great, materials are solid. Color choice seemed a bit more pronounced in person than online, might have been better to have less black throughout the soles on a mostly tan colored shoe, but it will age well for certain. Really like the last with a roomy toe box, this was my second set of Grant Stone boots, not a single regret so far!"
"Size 11 sneaker (flat footed) and 10E was perfect for me. Gorgeous leather and I love the sturdy black lug sole. Rugged in an understated way, perfect balance between posh and practical"
"Im a 10. 5 sneaker normaly, sized down to 9. 5E for this boot perfect"
"I dont care what anyone says…. Grant Stone IS VIBERG quality ALL DAY!!! Best quality boot out there!!!"
"My first pair of Grant Stone boots were brass boots (12E) and they are a perfect fit. I haven't been able to find a boot in the leo last that fits me anywhere near as well and eventually gave up. So when these Baroda boots were released I was excited to give them a try. I love this leather and they look great and, of course, the fit is great. Obviously on this last they are a little less suitable for dressing up, but they work well with business casual and look great with jeans or khakis. With this stiff veg tanned leather, the break-in is taking a little longer, but they are starting to mold around my feet really nicely. I would love to see some more Baroda boots, and maybe some that have studded sole instead of the lugged sole. I'll stay on the lookout for more."
"Bought these as B-grades and I honestly can’t figure out why they were discounted. The stitching, welting, leather and sole all look perfect. They fit very much like the Brass boot and are very comfortable. I’m glad to see a cool alternative to the Brass on the Floyd last. The leather seems very stiff and tough but the boots are breaking in nicely and already feel pretty good after one day. I like the “orange work boot but classier” kind of vibe they give off in this color."
"I now have a pair of Diesels, four pairs of Edwards, two pairs of Garrison, and a pair of Longwings. I like them, but none of them fit really well. Either there was too much room so I had to use insoles, or I had to take them to the shoemaker to have them stretched. But there was always something wrong. I have a EU size 43 in width i/J. Then I ordered a pair of Brass boots (Jungle Kangaroo) in 9EEE, and bingo - they fit like a glove. Encouraged by this, I ordered a pair of Barado boots in Saddle Tan as soon as they came out, and I was not disappointed. My absolute favorite shoe. Now with a micro stud rubber outsole, please. In Chromexcel Black, #8 . . . ."
"Immediately my favorite boot."
