Contiguous US - Enjoy seamless exchanges and refunds within 15 days of order.
- Free exchange - Click the link below to create an electronic prepaid UPS return label. One exchange is permitted.
- Refunds - A $15 restocking fee per pair is held when using the prepaid label service below.
- Returned products must be in new, unworn condition. Footwear showing signs of wear will incur a damage fee.
- Once items are received, the exchange or the refund is processed. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged
Non-Contiguous US - No exchanges, returns/refunds only.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- When a different item is desired, the original item will be returned for a refund and a separate order is to be placed by the customer for the new item(s).
- Returned products must be in new, unworn condition. Products cannot show any signs of wear (sole scuffs or vamp creasing).
- Once we receive the “unworn” item(s) we will process the refund. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
