When Ben (@stitchdown) first told us about his big boot event idea, it was never a question of whether Grant Stone would participate. After all, who could say no to a weekend of boots and shoes and the fabulous company of friends and craftspeople?

Boot Camp 2023 rounded out a year of travel for us at Grant Stone. In April, we had a booth at the Windup Watch Fair in San Francisco, and in June, we hosted a more intimate get-together in New York City. Boot Camp 2023 allowed us more time to interface with new customers and returning friends.

With our commitment to fitting customers in shoes that fit them properly and offering most of our styles in three widths (D, E, and EEE), we brought as many different sizes as possible in all our lasts. But quick math (five last, with each last having up to forty-two unique sizes) demonstrates how many samples that can turn in to. Over the three days, we sized countless individuals.

Among the shoes and boots brought were a handful of future releases and a pre-order for our Garrison and Brass boots in Walpier's Waxed Burro.

Boot Camp will return to Industry City, Brooklyn, again this October. General admission tickets are free, while VIP tickets are $175.00 and include a gift bag and other perks. So join us again or for the first time this October 12th and 13th to revel in camaraderie and countless boots.
